Welcome to AstroDating. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use AstroDating. By creating an account, you confirm that: • You are at least 18 years of age. • You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement. • You are not prohibited from using the service under any applicable law. • You have not been previously banned from the platform. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement.
2. Your Account
When you create an AstroDating account, you agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. • Maintain the security of your password and account. • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. • Not create more than one account per person. • Not transfer your account to another person. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to: • Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. • Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users. • Post content that is hateful, discriminatory, or violent. • Impersonate any person or entity. • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or promotional content. • Use the app to solicit money from other users. • Upload photos that do not belong to you or that contain nudity or explicit content. • Use automated systems (bots, scripts) to access the service. • Attempt to extract data or reverse engineer the app. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
4. Content Ownership
• You retain ownership of the content you post on AstroDating, including photos, bio text, and messages. • By posting content, you grant AstroDating a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app for the purpose of providing the service. • This license ends when you delete your content or account. • AstroDating owns all intellectual property related to the app, including the matching algorithms, astrological calculations, design, and branding. • You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
• AstroDating offers free and premium subscription tiers. • Premium subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play. • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device settings. • Refunds are handled according to the policies of the App Store or Google Play. • AstroDating reserves the right to change subscription prices with advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
6. Termination
• You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. • AstroDating may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful behavior, or for any other reason at our discretion. • Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. • We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. • Termination does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of a paid subscription.
7. Disclaimers
• AstroDating is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. • We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. • Astrological compatibility scores and horoscopes are for entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon for making life decisions. • We are not responsible for the behavior of other users. Always exercise caution when meeting someone in person. • We do not perform background checks on users. • We are not responsible for any content posted by users.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: • AstroDating shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to AstroDating in the 12 months preceding the claim. • This includes damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses. • Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so these limits may not apply to you.
